Romantic Performance Tutu Course Level 1: Neo-Classical Romantic Tutu with Quilted HiplineCourse Description: Made using the traditional methods, but with a neo twist. Like the traditional Romantic tutu, this one is made with 4 to 6 layers, on a lightweight, but strong basque. Once finished, the hipline of the tutu is quilted ala New York City Ballet style, to give a slimming affect to the hip area. Prerequisites: Participants must have sewing clothes or costumes experience, and sewing machine and hand sewing skills. Course Length: 2 days.
