Beautiful 1970s Red Silk and Chiffon Lanvin DressThis dress is so simple yet so sublime and I just love it. It is really an amazing example of great lines, great cut and a great fabric choice, all combined with the perfect flattering red. The bodice is simple and fitted with tiny silk straps suspending it from the shoulder. The skirt falls to the floor in a cascade of silk. There are actually two layers to the skirt. The inner layer has a more sheath like cut and is made of an opaque silk crepe.
